“Now, full disclosure: I’m not a nutritionist. I’ve had my days of bad eating habits leading to shitty health and even mood. So it’s safe to say I’m just someone who loves good food(especially leafy greens) and wants to share what I’ve learned (or currently learning) on my journey to healthier eating.
