Healthy eating should be easy, not difficult. That’s why I started my journey of finding and exploring age-old and traditional recipes that are easy to make and healthier to eat(Old is gold for a reason).

I have been exploring and trying new & old traditional recipes for quite a long time.

I’m not a nutritionist. I’ve had my days of bad eating habits leading to shitty health and even mood. So it’s safe to say I’m just someone who loves good food(especially leafy greens) and wants to share what I’ve learned (or currently learning) on my journey to healthier eating.
